Year to date thru 6/30/08 we have had 43 closed sales, in 2007 at this same time we had 59.

Currently we have 44 active homes for sale, 16 of those are bank repo's.

The average sales price has fallen from $290,115 in 2007 to $226,916 in 2008.

The most expensive home sold so far this year is $355,000.

The good news is when the home is priced right they are selling quicker last year's average days on market was 136, and this year we are at 99.
